Shipping & Returns Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Our policy allows only for full-priced item exchanges (excluding earrings, bundles with earrings, and personalized/custom jewelry).*Please note that we cannot accept returns on discounted products from store sale periods.
  • For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn, unused, and unaltered by another jeweler or repair service, and returned in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of receiving an order. We reserve the right to inspect returned products, and if signs of wear are detected, a credit note will not be issued
  • To initiate a return, simply reach out to us at contact@femmefatale-jewelry.com. If your return meets our criteria, we will let you know if you qualify for store credit, given as a gift card matching the value of your original purchase.
    • This gift card will be valid for 60 days from when it is issued. we will provide you with a shipping address and details on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior approval.
    • Also, you will need to provide proof of purchase for the return.
      • Use "Return and #OrderNumber" as the subject line and attach a photo of the item along with why you are returning it. We will process your request within 3-5 working days.
  • If you receive products that does not match your order, just reach out to us an email at contact@femmefatale-jewelry.com within 7 days of getting your order.
    • You'll need to provide proof of purchase for the return.
      • Use "Return and #OrderNumber" as the subject line and attach a photo of the item along with why you are returning it. We will process your request within 3-5 working days.
    • The cost of returning change of mind items is responsible by you.
    • The cost of returning for incorrect order mistaken by seller is responsible by us.
  • Safely returning the item to us is your responsibility, and we recommend obtaining tracking details as we cannot be held liable for lost items.

FAULTY ITEMS POLICY

  • While we strive to deliver the highest quality products, given our predominantly handmade nature, occasional faults may occur. Should this happen, we're committed to offering replacements for any faults beyond your control. Additionally, all our jewelry for faulty reasons are able to receive a refund 
  • Upon receiving your order, please examine it carefully. If you find any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, kindly notify us right away. This allows us to assess the situation and resolve it appropriately. To qualify for a replacement or, in certain instances, a refund, you must reach out to us an email at contact@femmefatale-jewelry.com within 7 days of getting your order.
    • You'll need to provide proof of purchase for the refund
      • Use "Refund for faulty items and #OrderNumber" as the subject line and attach a photo or a video of the item along with specific the faulty part. We will process your request within 3-5 working days.
  • Once we have the necessary details, we will send a replacement to the shipping address listed on your order. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued through the original payment method used, such as credit card, or PayPal etc.

NON-COVERED ITEMS UNDER OUR RETURN & EXCHANGES POLICY 

  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons, except in cases of faults.
  • Custom pieces, including special orders or personalized items, cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Sale items are excluded from our change of mind policy.
  • Items altered or repaired by you or an external service, such as a jeweler or watch repair, cannot be returned.
  • We are not responsible for delayed shipping; if items do not arrive within the expected timeframe, we reserve the right to resend them if deemed lost.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, bundles including earrings, or gift cards.
  • Items purchased from stockists should be addressed directly with them.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION FOR PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

  • Once production has commenced, orders cannot be canceled. However, if production has not yet begun, a 10% cancellation/restocking fee applies.

  • Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the information provided. Please double-check the shipping address and personal details to ensure your order is delivered correctly and that communication reaches the right email addresses or phone numbers.
